There aren't any quizzes (yet!) accurate enough to depend on.

However, as a starting point, these 20 questions from The Road Back to You are about as accurate as anything I've used with my clients. 

PRO TIP: In my experience, questions like these bother my Type ONEs. They tend to say, "When? In what situation? It varies! I never get solid results from things like this." I say just try to keep an open mind. When in doubt, answer the question as when you were at your worst or most stressed.
