I am considered an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. Providing a detailed invoice, also known as a "superbill," is my pleasure, if it helps. Please understand that any insurance reimbursement requires a formal mental health diagnosis, which will become part of your permanent medical record.

Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not reimburse providers directly, so you will have to pay out of pocket, initially. Any insurance reimbursement they provide will be sent directly to you. 

I wish I could tell you, but I never know whether or not your insurance will reimburse you or not.

Hourly sessions are currently $185.

The initial session (90 min) is $250.

Getting started in therapy can be overwhelming, so we've found a way to streamline the process. To help you get in right away, I block off 1-2 slots per week to help new clients get right in without exchanging texts, calls, emails, etc. forever.

After this form is submitted, you will receive a text from me or my scheduling team @ (405) 771-0046 with your intake appointment information. These appointments are 90 minutes.

We will do our best to make it work to get the process rolling without the hassle, but if we are unable to, we will offer to get you in the following week or we will be more than happy to refund your initial investment.

At your intake session, we will find a weekly timeslot that will be yours until you release it.

On a case by case basis, I do offer alternative treatment options. If I believe one of those will be a better fit for you, we can defininately discuss those in your first session. The options can vary based what you're looking to get out of our time together and how quickly you need to get to a different place.
