The more you agree to things that don’t serve you.
The more you ignore the signals from you body.

How is that “helping” either of you…?
Over-helping seems kind at the time, but it absolutely is not.
The less you like him, the less you want to share.
The less you like him, the less you can connect.
The less you like him, the less honest you are.
Over-helping takes a wrecking ball to intimacy.
Repeat this to yourself “My job is not to help him. My job is to like him.”
Because, yes, you are choosing one or the other.
